EZI Loads started in 2019 with two trucks and a small crew running metro freight around Sydney. The fleet is bigger now and the network wider, but the model has not changed. We operate our own vehicles, employ our own drivers and answer the phone when you call, so when a delivery matters there is always someone accountable.
Headquartered in Silverwater, we move pallets, general freight and full truckloads for manufacturers, retailers and producers every day, with flexible engagement models that suit how you actually work.

From two trucks and a home office to one of the fastest growing fleets in Sydney.

2019
Founded
EZI Loads began with the idea of building a truck booking app. That idea didn't last as long as we hoped. Within months we had our own trucks on the road and were running loads ourselves from home, and by December we had a Bankstown office, three staff, three trucks and our first team Christmas party.

2020
The COVID Boom
When COVID hit, transport went crazy. Toilet paper runs for Kimberly Clark had seven trucks on the road, and when Aldi needed its warehouse staffed we launched Ezi Recruitment to do it, with our team on site around the clock.

2021
Growing the Fleet
We entered the Melbourne market, expanded the fleet into rigids and then took delivery of our first Scania prime mover, the first of an order of ten. Ezi Recruitment had outgrown the office by then, so we took the one next door as well and ran the two side by side.

2022
Silverwater HQ
Two offices side by side was never going to last. We had outgrown Bankstown, needed more room, and wanted EZI Loads and Ezi Recruitment under one roof again, so we moved the whole team into our Silverwater headquarters and reached 35 pieces of equipment along the way.

2023
Continued Fleet Expansion
Began adding Hino rigids to the fleet, building capacity for the growing metro and regional work.

2024
The EZI App
We brought a developer in house and built a custom app for the way we operate, which made us a finalist at the Australian Supply Chain and Logistics Awards.

2025
Accredited and Growing
We gained ISO accreditation, passed 60 pieces of equipment and brought on a dedicated Local Operations Manager to keep the metro work running as tightly as it had at seven trucks.

2026
Today
ISO accredited in 2025, now 55 trucks and 95+ pieces of equipment with a General Manager on board. The journey continues.
